Chat to all button?

Apologies to the guys I just played a Pantheon match with, but I couldn't find the Chat to All button, only the Allies one, so I couldn't "gg" and such.

Can someone tell me how to chat to all? Because the key isn't listed in the options menu. Which is kind of irritating.

But "gg" to Renjikenpachi, benny_buckshot and AvengerUK. Was my first multiplayer match and it was refreshing to see people not being rude in an MP game for once.

one would think the 'manual' would have such information wouldn't you?

It might, but as I don't have a manual it's kinda of irrelevant if it's in there or not.
